Welcome to Anne Linde.
When you order our products, you will at the same time accept our sales conditions. Please note that you have to be above 18 years in order to deal with us at annelinde.dk
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (€) inclusive of 25% VAT.
There are no fees when using credit cards. The price stated upon ordering is your current price.
The following ways of payment can be used:
- Dankort and Visa Dankort
- Visa and Electron
When using credit cards, payment will not be effected until the articles have been sent. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for electronic invoice.
Goods delivered are subject to the ownership of Anne Linde ApS until the purchase money are fully paid.
You may track your shipment by means of your tracking number which we will send you upon dispatch.
Delivery via GLS in Denmark is free of charge.
Time of delivery, no matter which article group, is 1 week in Denmark.
Delivery to Europe costs 27 EUR and rest of the world costs 135 EUR – delivery time is 10-14 days.
Receipt of articles/freight damages
Please be aware that goods bought from Anne Linde ApS will be passed on to you as a consumer upon time of delivery. When you receive goods from an internet shop, you should – immediately upon receipt – check the packaging for visible damages. If you can spot visible damages on the box, and if you assess that it will be ok to receive it, you ought to – along with the driver – write the following on the consignment : ’Subject to breakage’.
If, despite visible holes, bulges or other obvious damages on the package, you do not immediately raise objection to the carrier/postman, there might be doubts as to where the package is damaged, and you risk to be responsible yourself for any damages. Please contact Anne Linde ApS immediately after receipt if the article is damaged. Please take photos of the package and possible damages. Write to
Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Law including the deficit rules.
As a consumer you have a two-year warranty according to the Purchase Law which means that you may either have the article repaired or changed, get the money back, or a reduction of the price – dependent on the concrete situation.
You may make a complaint within reasonable time after having found the fault.
If you complain within two months, the complaint is always considered being in time. We refund reasonable freight costs which might have occurred in connection with the return of the article, if the complaint is proper. If you wish to complain of a product, you must send a mail to email@example.com with photos of faults.
Complaints of minor faults, where replacement might cause the seller exorbitant high costs, the complaint process might result in a proportional reduction.
In case of a complete or partly reimbursement, a bank registration number and bank account will typically be needed.
- Damages which are invisible due to tear and wear, for instance below or behind.
- Common variations in wood veneer and leather.
- Microscopic dust grains in powder lacquer.

When you return the product, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
We neither receive packages without distribution nor packages sent COD.
Exchange and returned goods
At Anne Linde ApS you may return the goods within 14 days. It means that you may fully regret your purchase within 14 days, where after you will have 14 days to return the product. We assume that you will return the product as soon as possible so that you can get your money back. Information must be given to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard withdrawal form. In your message you must clearly let us know that you want to cancel.
You must return the package yourself to our store and not without previous notice. Please always remember to ship the article in protective packaging and to get a receipt. You are yourself responsible for the article until we receive it. Please note that you must pay for the return.
In that way we can best treat your returned article without unnecessary delay.
Certain articles might be of such a kind that they cannot be returned by normal post. This goes for: Showcase#1, Showcase#3 and Showcase#4. If you wish to return these, please contact email@example.com for instructions.
The costs of return are not expected to cost more than DKK 100.
Reimbursement of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you have paid. In case of deterioration in value, which might be your responsibility, it will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you will make use of your cancellation rights, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not extra costs as a consequence of your own choice of another kind of delivery than the cheapest kind of standard delivery which we can offer), without any unnecessary delay and under any circumstances not later than 14 days from the date we have received information about your decision to cancel our deal. We will carry out such a refund by the same means of payment which you used at the original transaction, unless you have explicitly accepted something else. By bank account transfer 10 days might pass before you will receive your refund.
We may keep the refund until we have received the product, unless you have before that, presented documentation for having returned it.
Condition of the product when you return it
As a consumer you may only test the product as much as a person would be allowed in a shop. Despite this rule, consumers keep their right to cancel in case of a distance selling, even if the product has been more in use than just to find out whether it is the right product and whether the product works.
In this connection it is essential that the consumer – in case the person returns a used commodity – has no right to get back the money. The Law allows a business man to deduct an amount due to the deterioration in value before he pays back the purchase amount to the consumer. It is the trader who has the right to fix the amount.
You may lose your purchase amount, completely or partly. This will take place if the value of the product is deteriorated because:
- You have begun using the product.
- It has been damaged while you have had it in your custody.
- You have handled the product in another way than necessary in order for you to find out the product type, properties and the way it works.

You may also regret the purchase by letting us know and deliver it to our showroom, Rentemestervej 39, DK-2400 Copenhagen NV.
Please attach a copy of the delivery note upon which is stated why the product is being sent back. Please mention whether the amount has to be paid back or the product is to be switched to another product.

When you buy a product from Anne Linde ApS for the first time, you will be registered by name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
Credit card information given when purchasing is passed on to PBS and is not accessible to the web shop or its personnel. We register your personal data in order to be able to deliver the product to you.

Anne Linde ApS uses a web shop solution which on behalf of Anne Linde ApS collects the data which is necessary to secure the implementation of your order. Data given to Anne Linde ApS is not passed on or sold to a third person, and we do not register any sensible data.
The data is stored for minimum 5 years, because the Law demands it.
As registered at Anne Linde ApS you will always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know which information has been registered about you. You have these rights according to the Law and inquiries can be addressed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
You are in your right to turn the cookie feature off in your browser – in Internet Explorer cookies can be deleted in the menu ‘Functions’ -> internet settings -> delete cookies.
