Delivery & Returns
We endeavor to send orders as soon as possible and no later than one week after the item is ordered. In the case the item is not in stock or otherwise delayed, you will receive an email about it.
At Anne Linde ApS you may return the goods within 14 days. This means you can fully cancel your purchase within 14 days and get your money back. Presupposing that the item is not used and still in its original packaging. You can return the package to our warehouse and only by prior arrangement. That way we can best deal with your return and undue delay. The product must bed accompanied by your account number so we can transfer receivable. Please allow up to days before you receive your return amount. Please note that you must pay for the return shipping.
How to return an item
- Contact Anne Linde by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Write in the subject field: Return of “enter the order number”. Await further instructions before returning the item as deviations from our return procedure increases the processing time.
- Make sure the product is securely packed.
- Enclose a copy of the delivery note with reason why the item is returned. Inform if the amount is to be refunded or the item is to be replaced, if so, to which product it should be exchanged to. By refund please inform if the amount can be refunded to the credit card used to make the order, otherwise specify desired registration and account number.
Note that we do not receive packages without delivery or sent by COD.
